The SeIII is Welltec’s benchmark machine and the widest range they build — seventeen models from 60 to 1,800 tons. For most moulders in Pakistan this is the natural starting point: it covers almost any part, it runs almost any commodity resin, and the servo drive typically cuts energy consumption by around 30% against an older variable-pump machine on the same job.
The servo pump only delivers flow when the machine asks for it. That removes the constant heat generation of a fixed pump, so oil temperature stays down, cooling water demand falls, and the AC servo motor gives genuinely smooth control at low speed — which is what you need for gentle mould protection and stable pressure holding.
The current generation is a substantial mechanical upgrade rather than a cosmetic one: opening stroke up to 15% longer, ejector stroke up to 20% longer, mould thickness capacity up to 15% greater, maximum daylight up to 55% greater and ejector force up to 40% higher than the previous version. Platens are redesigned to disperse stress, the toggle is heat-treated for wear resistance, and a high-pressure lubrication system protects the clamping unit during fast cycling. It was also the first machine in the industry to meet China’s national safety standard GB/T 22530-2022.
The AS10 control system runs on a 10.4” screen up to 320T and a 15” screen from 400T, with nine main functional screens, full closed-loop control of every axis, PID temperature control stable to ±0.5 °C, multi-curve display and SPC statistics, and more than ten interface languages. KEBA control and iSee remote monitoring are available as options.
