Servo hydraulic machines are the backbone of the Welltec range and of most moulding floors in Pakistan. A servo motor drives the pump on demand rather than running a fixed-displacement pump continuously, which typically cuts energy consumption by around 30% against a traditional variable-pump system while giving smoother, more accurate low-speed motion.
Three toggle series cover the tonnage most moulders need day to day. SeKIII is the essential, versatile machine for general-purpose work. SEIII is the high-performance benchmark with the widest tonnage span. Se5+ is the flagship, with electric plasticising as standard and the highest speed and lowest consumption in the family.
For large tonnage, the two-platen JSe machines remove the toggle entirely. Clamping is done by hydraulic cylinders acting directly behind the moving platen, which shortens the machine considerably and reduces the number of wearing parts.
